Object of the Game

 

Be the first person to cover the called information on their card in a pattern of adjacent across, down, or diagonal squares.  Bingo is a review game and can be used for any concept.

 

 

Materials

 

BINGO Cards - one for each student and maybe a few extra

(e.g.,  http://osric.com/bingo-card-generator/ or http://www.susanparadis.com/catalog.php?ID=SP650)

 

Game Pieces - 20-35 for each student (I use pasta pieces)

 

BINGO Flashcards - 40 of any concept (remember, you can repeat the same concept under different letters)

 

 

 

Thoughts

 

I love BINGO and have several different sets of cards that cover a variety of music concepts.  I laminate the cards to make them last.  For the winners, they can pick from a variety of small prizes I keep on hand (fun size candy, coupon for extra free time etc.).
